Да есть в доме недостатки, но мы их исправляем постепенно. Но есть свои плюсы, близкое расположение к пляжу, много спальных мест, природа, горы, есть куда поставить машину. Посадили туи, сделали бетонную площадку для зоны барбекю. Не все сразу. Даем возможность людям тоже отдохнуть, пляж оборудованный в 10 мин ходьбы. Прекрасный вид с летней веранды на втором этаже. Сожалеем, что вам не понравилось, есть люди которым нравится, приезжают к нам каждый год.
