Сдам свой двухэтажный коттедж. Расположен на реке Курумка в посёлке Волжский (большая Царевщина).
На первом этаже – оборудованная современная кухня-столовая, большой зал, сауна (входит в стоимость коттеджа), санузел. На втором этаже- просторные 4 спальни на 18 спальных мест, санузел.
Коттедж располагается в 800 метрах от Царев кургана.
Горнолыжный комплекс Склон и Красная глинка в 7 км от коттеджа.
На территории имеется мангальная площадка, беседка, речка в 15 метрах от коттеджа, стоянка для авто.
Можно с животными. Скидки возможны при личном общении. Собственник.
