Квартира в новом доме, чистая, всё необходимое для проживания имеется, кровать большая и достаточно удобная.

Disadvantages:

Мелкие недоработки ремонта (внутренние комнаты не закрываются) и подушки маленькие, не очень удобные. Слышно соседей.
