Advantages:

Чистота в квартире. Техника вся новая, мебель тоже. Рядом с домом продуктовый магазин, пекарня. Мест для парковки достаточно.

Disadvantages:

Это не недостатки, а скорее замечания: желательно чтобы мыло, губка для посуды и салфетка были одноразовыми. Никогда же не знаешь что вытирали предыдущие постояльцы.
