Матрасы 10 шт) трёхэтажный коттедж с яблоневым садом у озера двубратное, дубовая коса, до волги 15 минут пешком, тихое место. В доме всегда прохладно летом и тепло зимой. Проезд автобусом 119 от пригородного автовокзала (цум самара) до остановки магнит в гранном, 7 минуты ходьбы от остановки, автобус 41 с автовокзала новокуйбышевска до конечной.
«волжские термы» в 15-20 минутах езды или на автобусе 41.
Рыбалка, грибы, лыжи зимой. Рядом небольшой, песчаный пляж. В доме два санузла: на 1 и 2 этажах, котел-колонка. Уличный туалет. Мангал с дровами. Бассейн заполняется волжской водой.
