В доме всегда прохладно летом и тепло зимой. Проезд автобусом 119 от Пригородного автовокзала (ЦУМ Самара) до остановки Магнит в Гранном, 7 минуты ходьбы от остановки, автобус 41 с Автовокзала Новокуйбышевска до конечной.
«Волжские термы» в 15-20 минутах езды или на автобусе 41.
Рыбалка, грибы, лыжи зимой. Рядом небольшой, песчаный пляж. В доме два санузла: на 1 и 2 этажах, котел-колонка. Мангал с дровами. Бассейн заполняется волжской водой.
