Advantages:

Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, чистенько, уютно, заселение бесконтактное, что очень удобно. Вид из окна на Волгу, вечером ее правда не видно, зато наступает другая красота, когда на улице и в домиках напротив включаются огоньки. Отдельная похвала за "столик" на балконе и высокие стулья. Ляпота. В этом же доме пятерочка, рядом еще пара магазинов. Все очень понравилось
