Чистая постель, чистый номер, внимательное отношение, автомойка (с дороги сразу и авто помыли!), холодильник с морозильной камерой (но общий), чай, сахар, кипяток (но качество воды, как из под крана)

Disadvantages:

Невозможно отрегулировать температуру воду..., принять душ целое испытание... Кран "гуляет"
