Видовая квартира в новом доме на 19 этаже с видом на реку Самарку и лес на острове. В апреле закончен ремонт. Новая мебель,техника, постель, посуда. Большие зеркала. Кухня мария, мебель аскона. На входе в квартиру установлен фильтр очистки воды, на кухне фильтр питьевой воды без ограничений. Чай, кофе с кофеваркой, сахар, соль, конфеты, фэри. Нагреватель, но горячая вода всегда есть. Средства гигиены, полотенца. Широкая кровать, кресло-кровать, телевизор в комнате. Диван, телевизор на кухне. Поблизости магазины чижик, пятёрочка, красное белое, магнит косметик, тц точка сити. До набережной 10 минут, до жд вокзала 18 минут. Недалёко речной вокзал, лодочная станция, волжские термы, театры, музеи, парки, дворец спорта, цирк. В квартире нельзя курить, ходить в уличной обуви, шуметь. Не сдаётся лицам моложе 21 года. Можно оставить мусор и грязную посуду. За 4,5 гостя маленькая доплата.
