Advantages:

Цена соответствует качеству. Хорошее местоположение. Можно пешком дойти до ЖД вокзала. Рядом магазины и рынок. 5 этаж. Из пожеланий хочется оставить - какой нибудь самый простой фильтр для воды. Вода с привкусом( носили из магнита бутылки воды питьевой на 5 этаж). Спасибо за гостеприимство. Соседи были тихие. Спасибо за кондиционер. Удаленное заселение, но всегда были на связи.
