Комната в 3х комнатной квартире. Холодильник общий на всех, у каждого своя полка, кухня 8 м, санузел раздельный, комнаты закрываются на ключ. Курить нельзя, даже на балконе, потому, что запах распространяется везде.
Место очень тихое, удобное месторасположение. В пешей доступности больница им середавина, 5 минут на машине- онкоцентр. До аэропорта можно доехать на маршрутке, либо автобусе.
Дом в середине микрорайона, что способствует чистоте воздуха и отсутствию дорожного шума.
