Семейный двухэтажный дом (70 кв.м) с панорамными окнами и шикарным видом на озеро и Жигулевские горы. В доме 2 спальных комнаты, 1 санузел, душевая кабина с горячим водоснабжением и просторная кухня-гостиная. Кухня оборудована всей необходимой посудой и техникой для приготовления и хранения еды.

Дополнительно в доме могут размещаться 3 гостя ( размещение на диване 2 места, 1 на раскладушке). Детская кроватка предоставляется по запросу. В доме так же есть место для хранение вещей, теплый пол на первом этаже и комфортная зона для релакса, чтения или просто уединения.

На территории дома вас ждет своя мангальная зона, и зона для отдыха на улице. Для тех, кто привык быть всегда на связи – на всей территории комплекса бесплатный Wi-fi.
