Advantages:

Красивое оформление, свежая отделка

Disadvantages:

Вроде новый жк, а стены картонные, не мог уснуть до 5 утра потому, что соседи громко разговаривали прямо за стеной где кровать, а в 10 утра врубили музыку из квартиры с противоположной стороны спальни. В итоге не выспался окончательно. На жалобу администратору, тот лишь предложил лишь 10% скидку на следующее заселение))) Вывод: если планируете выспаться, то не выбирайте эту квартиру.
