Advantages:

Бесконтактное заселение. Кофе, чай, сахар и прочие мелочи были приятны.

Disadvantages:

Пожелание: заменить сейф для ключа, открыли с 6 - 8 раза. Требуется ремонт, барные кресла ободраны, жалюзи на одном окне отсутствуют, об дверные косяки, на которых торчат гвоздики дважды зацепилась одеждой. Грязная посуда, пришлось перемывать. Пятна на холодильнике. Присутствует запах в туалете. Нет собственной парковки. Пришлось искать платную рядом.
