Advantages:

Доброжелательные девушка встречает, есть место для парковки для нас это было очень важно, рядом парк молодежный, красивый большой и удобный для детей.

Disadvantages:

Единственное не удобно, что находится в середине частного сектора и было неудобно с детьми дорогу переходить. А так молодцы респект.
